Do I have to be a member to participate in the CNE Programs?

No. All CNE programs that PSNA provides are open to both members and non-members. You can register for a user name and password. PSNA members are automatically enrolled.

How can I access certificates for courses I have previously taken?

Certificates for programs taken online from June 2015 forward can be found by logging into your account and clicking on the Dashboard.

Certificates for programs taken online before June 2015 please fill out the Certificate Request Form and we will send your old certificates.

I have a topic I would like to write a CNE program on.

We are always looking for quality articles/webinars to add to our CNE programs. Contact education@psna.org for more information.

I am a member but I don’t know my user name/password.

Members can use the forgot password function to reset their password. Email education@psna.org if you have problems retrieving your user name/password.

I started a CNE program and saved progress, but now I can’t find it?

All of the CNE programs have expiration dates per ANCC guidelines. If your program is no longer available, it may have expired. Email education@psna.org with any questions.

I have a suggested topic for upcoming CNE programs.

We are always happy to hear from nurses and what topics they would like to see on our website. Contact education@psna.org with your suggestions and feedback.
