Presented by Karen Bronchella, MT, MBA. Karen is a hospital services coordinator for Gift of Life Donor Program. Karen has worked extensively with physicians and nurses to establish use of best demonstrated practices regarding organ donation, especially in relation to interacting with grieving families. She has performed quantitative and qualitative analysis of hospital donor potential and related processes within the hospital. She continues to conduct education needs assessment for hospitals and develops and implements educational plan. She assists in facilitating written policies relevant to organ donation and compliance with state and federal statutes.
